Vote 2010

Lexington, KY

#1 Nov 1, 2010
I will be voting for Farmer, Baker, Burnside, Fields, Wagers, Kirby, Bellando and someone other than VanWinkle, Terrill, or Johnson. One thing clean up Berea-Johnson clean up your cabs and Peanut and Sue's could use a facelift. VanWinkle get anger management. Left one Council meeting because you couldn't keep your cool. Terrill- your tractor only holds up traffice and nobody wants to be 10 min late because of you. And what did you do while you were on the council this year? Nothing.

Eipert. Can you stay sober long enough to run a city? Or let Roy Jean do it for you?(Rockcastle resident, may I add?) Bluegrass Family Health is owned by Central Baptist Hospital in Lex. Even if the rep is in Knoxville he and his family lived in Berea and support Berea. Screw around with insurance and I bet the employees are out of pocket more money with a national insurance company. These days is the benefits the employee receiveds more important than one person in TN doing the contracts? Berea employees are very lucky with their insurance plan.

I would rather see people voted in that I knew really cared for Berea and not just wanting to feel like they have a little power. I want someone who knows how to get something done without getting mad during a discussion. I have seen Berea grow and watched the former memebers (before the last election) work for a better Berea. Steve Conley attends everything Berea has and is proud of what happens in our town. He knows the history. He hasn't used the "Mayor" title for anything other than to make this town a better town.

I haven't seen anything out of Peanut, Terrill, VanWinkle or any of them except negativity.

Your choices are good except for Billy Wagers. Remember, DON'T VOTE for Jerry Little, he is the reason nothing has been done these last 2 years!

Jerry Little is the only good thing to come out of this election. Thank God he got eleted. Our city and Jerry will certainly need much prayer this next term. I really feel sympathetic for Jerry. Imagine having to tolerate being a part of this "bunch". I hope he will be strong and not be intimidated by them. Jerry is very smart and is a good asset if the others will listen to his input.

Yeah, he bought another 2 years, but I'll tell you this, he will be an outsider on this new council. Overall, the people of Berea should be proud of how they voted with the only exception being Little. Now he wont have his 2 butt budies (Terrill and Van Winkle) to vote with him.

Yes, Jerry will be all alone because his business partners won't be there to sing in harmony with him. Sad, sad, what was that you said Jerry? I can't hear you over the other council folks, LOL. Maybe if you spoke a little louder, what was that again, I can't hear you.

Jerry, can you hear the voters now? Yes, that ringing in your ears was the sound of the voters getting rid of your buddies. You will be lonely soon. Hey, I have an idea, why don't you figure out what is going on and work with the rest of the Council people and the Mayor for the betterment of Berea. Gee whiz Jerry some of those people are even educated. I guess you and your buddies are educated now, hah, hah. VanWinkle and Terril, don't let the door hit you on the way out. Payback is a bear isn't it?
.
Jerry, a little advice, keep your hand out of the cookie jar

If people where smart they would live outside the city limits so they would not have to pay 6.9 insurace tax and go to Richmond to eat so they wont have to pay the resturant tax,Just Sayin

What areas are considered outside of city limits? Does Shortline Pike area or even nestled in some of those subdivisions over off Shortline count?
