Moundsville: Go Ahead, Send the Bus

They may not be ready to pay for the service with a levy, but City Council members would be happy to have Ohio Valley Regional Transportation Authority buses delivering customers to city businesses.

I think that this is a thinly disguised attempt to deflect from the Highlands route. People in this area do not ride a bus. Everyone has 1.3 cars in their garage. Seniors have other services that are willing to ride them for free. Even if this doesnt work while the people of Benwood, McMechen and Wheeling are subsidizing it, will the Authority still want Moundsville to place it on the ballot to place another levy on the people.
