Wondering why people don't give the river guides a chance. For years, I've had a home in Polk County & they have been nothing but nice. They bring in revenue to our community, so I do not know what the problem is, that everyone keeps them at arms length. I feel that I have been ridiculed for getting to know these wonderful children. Sure, some of them are different, but why do we as a community seem to shun them?
