I think Walmart should beef up security. I know of a couple of people that were banned from there because of shoplifting, but I have seen them in Walmart multiple times AFTER they were banned.
What gives?

The people I know that work at Wal Mart couldn't care less if the place is robbed blind. I have a family member who is also banned and he's in there every other day. I do hope they catch the thief.

Of course Walmart will have to raise their prices to cover their loss in shoplifting. How about us people who PAY for the merchandise we get, go report to the manager when we see a banned person in there. If that don't work call and report it to the top dogs.

The problem is that their loss prevention is a joke. I am new to town and picked them out the first few times I went there. I used to do loss prevention up north in Michigan. The loss prevention manager is some little lady and the other person is an older guy. I guess they don't do arrests here at this walmart in Benton or they would have guys big enough to take down and arrest the shoplifters. How about hiring some of these Marine vets and soldiers or even off duty police officers, this would cut down on some of these shop lifters that have balls enough to walk right out the front door.

You must not have picked out the right ones then bc the loss prevention manager is NOT the girl & there is no older guy. They are pretty tough down there though, you should ask all their previous cases!! They don't live there, they do have families, so that is how not everything is seen.
your so funny

Heck our police officers are a joke on duty so why would Walmart want to hire them.
