Being a jailer in Kentucky is HARDLY law enforcement. Jailers are people that couldn't make it in the real law enforcement community. That's like saying a first responder is a neurosurgeon!

I have to say I don't know who Lonnie is or what he did, but if he recorded Randy, he was a smart man. Randy will lie without blinking an eye. He has no ethical or moral obligation to be honest as he has proven.

If you don't know him, then how do you know he recorded Mr. Haley? Somebody is not telling the WHOLE truth. Why ? As far as I know, Mr. Haley doesn't lie, perhaps, other people are.Mr. Haley has the utmost moral and ethical obligation to EVERYONE. And is HONEST. Look at his track record as OUR Jailer.

Learn to read dumbass! It says "if he recorded Mr.Haley". That is the whole talk, the recorder. I do read other posts than yours before I reply. Since Randy is a liar, everyone should know not to do any business with him without a recorder.
