Is this really true or just dumb ass gossip? Have those guys really bought Brew? If so.....WHY? They are all pretty cool guys from what I know of them and I can't imagine them all wanting to own that sh*thole. Is this REALLY true or Benton/Topix rumour?????

So, it's really true?? Is it currently open as Brew or is it closed until they take it over?

Yes, it's a for sure thing! Adam is my uncle & I also work with him. Drew & Adam bought it a couple months ago & is remodeling it. Looks really good so far.

From what I know of those guys they could actually turn that place into something pretty cool. I think it'd be great if they instituted a dress code. It would be nice to have a respectable type place in town where you could have a drink and not have a bunch of naked teenage girls jello wrestling in the background. I will definitely be checking it out when it opens!

I think it is also a great idea, I agree and would much rather see men in khaki's and women in nice clothes, rather than hardly any at all and to think the ones who entered it before won't be there because it will not be any fun for them anymore! GREAT IDEA!!!! Adam Thomas & Drew, that should say it all right there!

I am a very conservative, reserved man in the prime of my youth, and although I would love to have a club to go to where people are dressed and act accordingly, Brew City is not the right place. Our teen girls need a place to dress slutty and wrestle in jello or mud. Brew City is hands down the easiest bar to get shaved pussy and I can't imagine any normal patron of that establishment that would want that to change. I think the remodeling is needed and is a great idea, but as far as a dress code, that's just going too far.

I though the Drews were good people, but the Thomas just buy there way out of things, like the one that killed the girl and got off, that is what we need in this town.THERE ARE NO GOOD THOMAS,S,there are alot of people that know this. But they will get theres and they know that, when there in front of GOD a loving grandma.

Thomas's are all bad people huh? That's a horrible thing to say. Don't be jealous because of a wealthy family. They all are very good people. And as far as you saying a member killed the girl, has nothing to do with brew city; although that is NOT what happened. People can say what they want but I don't think that is a subject topix needs to speak of, shelly was a amazing woman and may she rest in peace. Back to the topic; I think it is a very good idea that they are cleaning the place up. I will be checking it out also.:) and as for you "nwebie" get your facts straight before you go posting things like that about someones family.

I think it would be great to have a classy place to go have a drink in Benton with your wife or significant other. Keeping bar trash out. More like a lounge than a bar. There IS a difference. I'd take my wife there if it is true- and we DON'T do the bar scene at all. Location sucks for them. Would rather see it somewhere different. This is just MY opinion and I know there are those that differ. But like they say, opinions are like assholes, everybody has one, some just stink more than others.

I think this will be perfect in Benton. We need a place that is for adults. I hope they have a nice selection of wines/liquors (beyond mad dog and black watch vodka) and us adults can enjoy a drink and just chill without the drama. I'm totally pulling for this to become a reality. Benton needs a grown up place to hang out!
