* There is a "Smart Jester" who by all accounts appears very well educated and posts some valid legal arguments. This Jester appears to post most often during the mid to late afternoon, kind of an "after work" kind of guy. Think Sesser?
Before the Jester name was registered the postings appeared be much more sporadic, probably in an attempt to always post from the same IP location and not let on that there were several people behind it. Once the name was registered and the location was hidden, they were free to post at will, and the posting began an immediate upsurge at all hours of the day and night.
These are just my observations as I have followed the "Jester phenomenon" unfold for well over a year now. While I have some suspicion as to who one, possibly two of the "jesters" might be, I certainly don't have any solid, iron-clad proof.
Just my two cents, no attacks are necessary from the Jester's or anyone else. Good night.
