Repuglicans who hate our government should stay out of it. the business model they follow destroyed our economy, now they want our democracy. Recall them. Put in human beings. People not on the payroll of Exxon Mobil or Koch industries. Humans that value humanity over profits.

Psst, imaginary friend. Granholm voted this in. Just sayin'. The repubs just added to the EFM duties. We had an EFM in Three Oaks. Three oaks cooperated, now the EFM is gone and they are on a fiscally responsible path.
People like you, Jesse Jackson, and Rachel Maddow need to shut your mouths. You don't live here. You don't know what it's like here, before or after the EFM. Both Jesse and Rachel Maddow have reported some misinformation as well. Should we have just continued to allow Benton Harbors elected officials to overspend and shave money off the top for themselves? Ever meet Wilce Cooke? He thinks he's Prince of the Hood and throws fits if he can't get a seat at Applebee's right away. Someone needed to take the checkbook for awhile cos they clearly aren't sure how to use it.
When Jackson came out here to raise hell about it, the internationally recognized civil rights activist, in a city that is 92% black, only managed to get 30 people to show up. Seems everyone that has an opinion isn't from Benton Harbor, meanwhile, the rest of us would like to see the jobs the WP office building and Harbor Shores brings in. And FYI, yes whirlpool took 23 acres of a public park, but they gave 40 new acres and have taken the burden of cleaning it off the city, and it remains open to the public. Parking, attractions, and saving $25k a year in cleaning costs has brought money to the city. Attendance to the park has increased to ten times higher before the development.
There's more pressing issues in this city than a petty pissing match between Reps and Dems. WE NEED HELP.
