Review: Earthworks Granite Company

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! They took our deposit and never finished our job. They were late to every meeting/scheduled time to work!!! They were extremely unprofessional arriving at odd times and staying until the early morning hours!!! The owner also arrived crying several times!!! It was a nightmare and the little bit of work they did complete had to be corrected. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

I was took by these individuals. They agreed upon a date, and never answered thier phones. Ben Heppert and Spenser Forest are the worst business men I have ever worked with in my entire life. lies, empty promises, missed appointments, horrible scheduling skills, irresponsible, and down right bad people. They had lost thier contract with the company that cuts Granite because they didn't pay thier bills. I don't know how due to the fact that they keep everyones deposit and don't do any of the work!

I can only speak in regards to my own experience, but it was the exact opposite. Ben and Spencer both were very professional and a joy to work with (actually both were very respectful and charming). Their work is EXCEPTIONAL, and their pricing is a steal for the quality you receive. They must have learned from some of their mistakes as they told me up-front that they were a smaller company, they were in their first year, and that it was just them two and a helper, so if they did not answer my phone call, they would return my call within 24 hours (which they did). They were late to one appointment, but called to let me know (I understand how the construction industry works and it is very hard, if not impossible, to estimate an exact time it takes to complete a job). With all of that being said, my wife and I were very pleased. We referred them to our neighbor and a close friend. Both of them were extremely satisfied as well. I am not sure what happened in the other jobs, but I do want people to know that they have at least 3 VERY satisfied customers (and probably a lot more as it seems like they are growing). Give them a chance and make your own opinion. By the way, I do not believe a word from "average white boy" and have to believe that "Joyce" is an exception to their track record. Again, phenomenal work, some of the best I have seen, competitive pricing, and good guys. A++

Thats what you get for using cheap mexican labor. Buyer beware!!!
