ANother example of Chicago wasting money . 11 milion that could go to schools, CTA, instead to a contractor , just raise the taxes and build more parks, and pay fines to contractors the Mayor does not like. The city that works is the City that wastes and taxes!!!!!!!!!

Assuming your financial prediction is correct (which I doubt), where is this financial windfall going to end up? In the hands of the most corrupt city and county governments in the nation.
