Congratulations to Frank Soto, Henry Wesseler, Oronzo Peconio, Marty Oconnell and Morrie Bartlett on keeping your campaign promise. Great job on getting $16MM. That probably matches the amount spent on Lawyers last year alone. Too bad the previous administration didn't have the foresight to negotiate.
