Don't let mayor chuckie take over any more turf. In fact, go after some of his. Run him into the lake.

Yes, a lot of Democratic corruption is moving in. Here's more about Moylan - who is running to be boss of Des Plaines:

Hopefully, he'll lose.

What a stretch of the imagination this story is. It's a typical John Geils planted story, via Frank Coconate, who is never mentioned in it, trying to connect the invisible dots again.
Former this, former that, etc. Anyone in their right mind knows that people who run campaigns work for all who will hire them. Democrat, Republican, Independent, it makes no difference. In the Bensenville election, you have experienced people who live in DuPage County who are volunteering their services, just because the present administration is destroying the town where they have friends residing. Chicago does not come into play. Mayor Geils and his pay to play pals would have you belive differently. When the residents of your Village are solidly behind your challenger, you will do anything to deflect the truth.
That my friends is what is really happening in Bensenville.

As a homeowner here for 15 years, anyone who has any connections with Mayor Daley in my opinion are all corrupt, where there is money there is action, and people like Mayor John Geils is standing up for us and the village and is fighting. How much money did frank soto get from the chicago power brokers??? And now look what daley did he took away the blackhawks training facility here in bensenville..
I wonder why?? Where is the money coming from to build a new training facility??? And chicago is in debt??? I dont think so!!!

Want to talk corruption, look at your own Mayor Geils.
Do you see how much in donations he gets from the attorneys you the taxpayer are paying. More than $50,000 this election alone.
Is there really anyone who believes the airport will not expand? It's incredible how some of you are brainwashed by Geils.

Rich Pope backed Daley for State's Attorney long ago and even ran for alderman of the 36th Ward. This is back in the day when the Regular Dems tried to shave votes away from Daley in his race against Bernard Carey. They figured back then that Richie would grab all of the power for himself. Boy were they right! Marty Moylan was a west sider who owned taverns and was a mover and shaker. He comes from The old St. Angela's parish at Potomac and Massasoit.

Anybody who thinks this is all coincidence is nuts!

Geils is a breath of fresh air compared to Daley. I worked for Daley, so I know. Daley with the help of his puppet Soto will suck all the life out of Bensenville.

Des Plaines is now going to be Cicero. I was going to vote for Marty but, now forget it. I don't want my town to be a union hall for him and he'll let all of his gang come in and take over. Where was the Journal, sleeping again. Mayor Tony must have been paid off to back Marty. We all must wake up. Dick Sayad is now my choice. He's a business man who can do the job.

Thanks Bensenville Board! I heard a few years ago there is a house on 3rd ave that was purchased with the plan to be bulldozed down and a new 400,000 house to be put there. BUT because the house had an old septic tank and was not allowed to hook up to city sewer without being incorporated (owner was willing to pay for hook up too). Apparently the owners on both sides have to agree to incorporate (weather he pays for hook up or not). Obviously can’t build a new home on an old septic, so the person who bought the house to build a brand new one was then forced to just throw on some new siding and new windows and is now Section 8 housing(public information, I looked it up) becase he couldn't sell the house.
So great idea John Giles! I may live in an incorporated part of town but it is the same zip code. So if you’re not sure what house it is... when you drive down 3rd ave just look for the house with the 8 cars in the driveway all the time, and junk everywhere. Can't miss it. I see it everyday when I drive to work. So do thousands of people who drive through Bensenville everyday.

How is not allowing new house construction or modernization because of water hook up of homes going to help the property values in Bensenville

40 years ago I wrote a letter to the then Bensenville Register saying that when we lost the Mohawk Golf Course that would be beginning of the end for Bensenville.
We ignored the possible expansion of Ohare and all the industry that went with it. We ignored the problems that go along with an industrial town. I am glad I got to live in Bensenville when it was a beautiful small town surounded by corn fields in the 1950's and 60's.
And what would be so good about being the next Rosemont?
