We need to established a 50/50 Joint Venture of Government and Private Sector Investments (i, e, Infrastructure Bank), and used this Funding (i, e, it will Cost up to $300 Billion), to Build an Intelligent INFRASTRUCTURE SERVICES (NETWORK OF NETWORKS) for: Broadband Services, e-Government, e-Commerce, e-Education, e-Healthcare, Energy and Transportation Systems, Social Networking, Law Enforcement Network, Bio-Surveillance, Entertainmment, etc.
