because of the housing bubble, people over paid for their homes and greedy government kept raising taxes... what did the greedy government and people think was going to happen... common sense would tell you there's no way to sustain a life while keeping your home. all whole lot of greed, and a whole lack of people without common sense..... taxes property taxes need to come way down and people need to start living within their means
