Supervisors look to link all cities in emergencies

With several questions and critiques raised, county supervisors Tuesday approved a draft of what may become a Joint Powers Agreement with seven cities on an emergency communication network.

What took you so damn long? As if 9-11 didn't point this out! Only in America and in particular, California!

I thought this was already done shortly after 9/11. This is just another "lets make an authority to allow us to appoint friends and relatives to a position and tax the citizens for things we already have."
