Why would you slit the money equally when Cumberland has more than twice the customers of Benham and Lynch combined? Cumberland also supports all the businesses and the most customers out in the county. Cumberland is the only city with promise of expansion, and the only city with water to supply all 3 cities. Lynch is done. Stick a fork in that sucker! Old worn out and beyond repair!!It would take millions, not a million, to help that junk pile!!! Benham is the best of the 3, but just has enough water for Benham. Oh, Lynch does have a funeral home. How appropriate for a dead town!! LOL

i wish people would start praising LYNCH for what it is i was a coal miners daughder we suportted our school,hospital, i was born in 1950 at lynch and we was raised to be proud and to love our neighbors and i still do in my heart, Benham has great people but when i moved to cumberland to raise my kids by a red neck cunk hore creap.i saw what greed really was.if it hadnt been for my great friends i would of never made it .so you drugheads good for nothings get off your asses get a job pray for oneanother and dont get a life get a church [bag boys dont count]

cumberland has dried up because the 2 cities (benham and lynch) made it what it once was. when the mines in benham and lynch closed down cumberland crashed.

the last time i was in cumberland it was a dead stick too!!!, what businesses??? everything was freaking closed down!!!, some of the buildings on main street had the windows busted out and one had the damned roof caved in!!!!, it looked like hells kitchen in new york city., and it was in march and the christmas tree and snowman decoration was still up!!!,the city acts as if it doesnt give a shit!!!!
