Where do you think those facts came from? I know I read them in The Lexington Herald Leader, The Middlesboro Daily News...Unless, there liars too Rick. Last I checked, though it's a new technological era, they archive their records. I'd say any interested person could find exactly how Rick voted. I will pull the facts and post them for you Rick since you seem to have forgotten how you voted (or failed to vote). I've already voted for Barry and hope everyone else will too. It's time for Rick to fade quietly into the background. Well, he had already before the election anyway.

In 2008 I retired from the state so I feel I have some knowledge about local issues. As a state worker I felt very lucky. After 27 years and at the age of 48 I was able to retire with health insurance and a full pension. How many regular folks can do that?
When I was full time I had 11 paid hollidays and 13 sick days every year, which means i could have missed over a month of work and still have gotten paid. The fulloghs are a bad deal, but in tough financial times it is still better than being laid off. By the way the governors office is the ones who used the fulloghs, not the representatives.
I also read on here that pensions and police and firemens salaries were messed with. Each pension, state and teachers have their own boards to determine how they are ran, and when it comes to salaries of police and firemen, that is determined by the county or city they work in. I think Rick has done a solid job, not perfect but who on this earth is perfect?
You're right. Nobody's perfect but Barry's as close as we're gonna get to it.

Carnes should have spent more. He lives in a halfmillion dollar home. Let me see....

Nelson. 9202
Carnes. 2632. A blowout. Carnes bought one of his cars out of town, and that hurt him bad.

I think you guys voted for the wrong man! Barry would have turned these things around. Now you're stuck with Nelson again and you'll see, nothing will change. You;ll get no help and there will be no one to answer your questions. Maybe one day you all will grow up and vote for Barry, the right man for the job.

That just proves that an election can be bought.
