who did provide the sperm? does his wife have that? if he was a woman, and only had chest changed, how did sperm get in him and get him pregnant? did he do it to himself? it just doesn't even make sense. no wonder why no one will treat them.

According to the story, he went through a sex change, but decided only to have chest reconstruction and testosterone therapy. Beatie was able to keep the reproductive organs he was born with.

To me, if you are legally allowed to go through a sex change, removing your internal reproductive organs should be a requirement.
