The Only Thing
By Kenneth Copeland

"Sanctify them - purify, consecrate, separate them for Yourself, make them holy - by the Truth. Your Word is Truth" (John 17:17 AMP).

With all the Glory and power God is pouring out right now, you'd think every believer on earth would be happy as a pig in the sunshine. You'd think every one of us would be healed and delivered and shouting God's praises all day long. You'd think we'd all be free of every bondage of the devil.

But, quite frankly, many believers are more frustrated today than they've ever been in their lives.

God's miracle-working power is falling around them like rain…yet no matter where they go, they can't seem to get wet! These baffled believers go from one meeting to the next, hoping God will heal them of some sickness, or free them from some habit or sin that has ensnared them.

When they get to the service, they shout and holler and praise God. They run up and down the aisle and have a great time. They fall on the floor under the power of God.

Yet, as wonderful as all those things are, by the time they get home, they're hurting again. So they sadly say, "Well, I guess I didn't get anything tonight either."

If that has happened to you, I want you to pay close attention. If you've been walking around thinking, I just don't understand it. In times past, anybody could pray for me and I'd get healed. But now even the most anointed ministers can pray for me and nothing happens, I want you to know something: God is not neglecting you. He is not ignoring your need. He is telling you it's time to grow up.

Don't cry over this. It's good news! God is letting you know that you're mature enough in Him that you don't need baby food anymore. You don't need anybody to feed you healing and deliverance. You don't have to run around from one meeting to another trying to get in on a miracle. You've grown to the point where He expects you to pick up your Bible and get what you need by faith.

You're not alone either. There are many other believers who have reached this same stage of spiritual growth. From now on, if they're going to walk in freedom - from sickness, sin, disease, poverty and all the rest of the devil's junk - they'll have to get it from the Word.

Jesus is saying to them, as He has said to me, "Ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free" (John 8:32). What's more, it is the only thing that will make you free!

Speak the Word: I know the truth and it makes me free.(John 8:32)

Re 2:17 He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches; To him that overcometh will I give to eat of the hidden manna, and will give him a white stone, and in the stone a new name written, which no man knoweth saving he that receiveth it.

Has anyone ever wonder just what this means, and just what is that white stone. Well I think I know.

I have never been prospecting for gold but I have always dreamed about it. I have read a lot about how to pan for gold and have seen a few shows on TV about it.

I heard them say quite often to be careful of what you throw out of your pan. They say that a lot of time if you’re careful to look you will find precious stones in your pan. The white stones are a lot of the time diamonds in the rough.

I think that white stone he’s talking about are us. When we can get ourselves polished up like were need to be. We will find a new name written within and that name will be Jesus.

Now if you disagree with me tell me about it. Maybe we can learn something from each other.

No sir they haven't. Their are those who would like to say they did but they have broken no laws.

Evertime one is doing something for God there is always somebody whom will try to discredit them.

They have broken no laws.

"their" should be "there"

the law says they have broken laws

there is no such thing as the word "evertime"

they have broken united states laws

Always Triumphant
By Billy Joe Daugherty

Now thanks be to God who always leads us in triumph in Christ, and through us diffuses the fragrance of His knowledge in every place.
(2 Corinthians 2:14)

According to this scripture, you always triumph in Jesus Christ. Settle this fact in your mind. Begin to confess daily: I always triumph in Jesus Christ.

This is the winning attitude to have. It is true positive thinking. If you always triumph, that means you never fail. You never accept defeat as a final verdict. No matter what it looks like or how you feel, when you hold fast to the profession of your faith, God will bring you out on top.

Notice, it is God who causes us to triumph. God will personally accept responsibility for your victory. Stand on the Word, and the Word will put you over. Any situation can be changed by the Word of God. David refused to admit defeat in the face of Goliath. God only needed a young lad, a sling, and a stone to miraculously defeat the enemy.

A wonderful added blessing to continual triumph is the privilege of manifesting the beautiful fragrance of God's knowledge everywhere you go. God is using you to perfume the earth with His knowledge. You might call it "The Taste of Victory" or "The Essence of Triumph."

The world is in desperate need of knowledge to cope with its current problems. Your constant triumph produces a fragrance that is attractive to people in need. Get ready for opportunities to share your success stories. Tell them it is just part of being in Christ.

DECLARATION OF FAITH

I always triumph in Jesus Christ. I thank God for constant victory. Every situation I face is an opportunity to manifest the knowledge of God. I am strong and of a good courage for I know I always triumph in Jesus Christ.

A christian is someone who is of little words, uses actions, not words to show their love for God and faith in him.
One thing you can count on is anyone who tells you they are one, isn't. The only way to know one is by their actions. The more words and qoutes out of the bible, the less chance you have a genuine Christian.
Christians are known by their actions, not words.

The question what is a Christian? Well let’s look back to where the name Christian came from.

The saints that in the first church at Antioch were called Christians because they were following and practicing the teachings of Jesus. I believe that included the miracles and healings. And most of all Jesus’ great love for everybody.

They had so much love for God that some even gave up their life rather than deny him.

Being an Excellent Communicator
By Terry Nance

----------

Let your speech be always with grace, seasoned with salt, that ye may know how ye ought to answer every man.
(Colossians 4:6)

----------
Communication is more important than anything I know of in establishing a relationship between an armorbearer and his leader. It is the only way to build trust between the leader and his associates. This does not mean that you are to bother your leader with every issue or decision that comes up; just that you should let him be aware of what is going on in the church or ministry and among the people.

In my years of service as an associate minister, I learned a very valuable lesson: never hide anything from your leader. Always let him know if someone is having (or causing) a problem in the church or ministry and what steps you are taking to resolve that situation.

Many times I have had to deal with things that I know are clearly in my area of responsibility, but I always make my leader aware of what I am doing. Situations will sometimes arise that I know should be dealt with by the leader himself. When that happens, I let him know about them. Either he will deal with the situations, or he will give me advice as to how to handle them.
The bottom line is communication.

If anyone ever says to you, "I want to tell you something in private, but you must promise not to let the leader know I told you about it," you should stop that conversation immediately and say to the person, "I am sorry, but I cannot make any such promise."

You owe it to your leader to reveal anything that is going to cause problems in the church. Jesus said that there is nothing hidden that will not be revealed.(Mark 4:22.) If you withhold something from your leader, then I can safely prophesy that it will come back on you. It will blow up, and you will be caught in the middle of the explosion.

Secrecy is a trap that Satan lays for the unsuspecting. Don't fall into it.

Developing the Spirit of an Armorbearer

Meditate and act on the following verses:
"Hear; for I will speak of excellent things; and the opening of my lips shall be right things. For my mouth shall speak truth; and wickedness is an abomination to my lips. All the words of my mouth are in righteousness; there is nothing froward or perverse in them" (Prov. 8:6–8).

"Righteous lips are the delight of kings; and they love him that speaketh right" (Prov. 16:13).

"The lips of the righteous know what is acceptable: but the mouth of the wicked speaketh forwardness" (Prov. 10:31,32).

"For lack of wood the fire goes out, and where there is no whisperer, contention quiets down" (Prov. 26:20 NASB).

"Reliable communication permits progress" (Prov. 13:17 TLB).
Dear God, I want to be an excellent communicator and am committed to being one. I ask You to give me wisdom about the things I need to communicate to my leader and what things do not require his attention. I will not hide anything from my leader or take part in any conversation where I am asked to do so. Help my leader and I to keep the lines of communication open between us, and help us avoid any misunderstanding. Help me to keep my communication positive and to the point. Jesus is Lord over our communication. Amen.

His Grace is Sufficient
By Mark Brazee

"For this thing I besought the Lord thrice, that it might depart from me. And he said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me" (2 Cor. 12:8-9).

Some people interpret this Scripture by saying, "Well, that means that after Paul prayed three times, God replied, No, I want you to keep that "thorn." You need it. It will keep you humble and pious.

No, that isn't what God meant! God said, "My grace is sufficient for thee."

What is God's grace? It's God's unmerited favor given to us in the form of His Word, His name, His kingdom, His Spirit, His healing, His power and His authority. God's grace is the source of the unmerited blessings He sent us through Jesus Christ.

We didn't deserve any of those blessings, but Jesus made us righteous so we could deserve them. That's the measure of God's grace, and He told Paul, "My grace is sufficient for thee."

One aspect of God's grace is the name of Jesus. Jesus delegated His authority, might and dominion to us through His name. Then He said in Mark 16:17, "In my name shall [believers] cast out devils."

Jesus was telling Paul, "Look, I've given you everything you need to get rid of that evil messenger. Now just take authority over it." He was not saying, "I want you to keep that thorn in the flesh, Paul. You need it to help you stay humble and pious."

No, God was actually telling Paul, "My grace is sufficient for you. Don't go after that messenger of Satan in your own strength - go in My strength. From the position of your own weakness, make use of My strength. Resist the devil in the name of Jesus, and he'll flee from you!"

Confession:
God's grace is sufficient for me in every area of my life. He has given me the name of Jesus - the name that is greater than any other power that can come against me. Through faith in Jesus' name, I am healed and made strong!

Blessings and greetings to you JT, I have just found the link and hope that the membership, so to speak picks up.

My idea of a Christian is one that tries at all times to follow the footsteps of Christ, and aspires to live these qualities in their daily lives. Being human, no doubt we will make many mistakes along our journey of life, and we should learn from our mistakes, not taking them forward with us into the future.

We Pray for others who are in need, or request Prayers for others, and use the scriptures and the Psalms to uplift each other.

Blessings of love to all as always, Serah

Daily Horoscope for December 11

Cancer

If you want to avoid having a row with someone, get out and about as much as possible today so you can work off all your nervous energy. If you stay in one place for too long you'll be in danger of becoming moody, and possibly even a right old crosspatch. You might also lose your temper with loved ones who are being bolshie or who have the audacity to disagree with you about something. Lighten up, Cancer!
