Most of them are still in the DFW area, Jessie (Rebel) works for the railroad, Ken was with Chemlawn, not sure if he still is. Rod is in Chattanooga TN, Lee (Rajun Cajun) is in Georgia, Regis is in Arlington, I think BJ is too. Michael Dowd (Sundance) is in Ft. Worth.

The only one I know for sure that is dead is Eric, not Eric Elam but the tall one that came to Fw from the Dallas Labare. He died from gunshot wounds probably 12 yrs ago.

I am 'ALIVE" I have been married for 30 years with 2 grown sons and my daughter and for as LaBare in the 80's, those were the days for a youn man.

Today I look back and just think WOW, I can't believe I even danced.

Yes he lives in Colorado now, we called him poodle head in High School. He didn't work at the club very long. But I've heard our old classmates taking about him on FB.

Oh My those were the days. I made the club quite often. The after hours parties on occasion also. We were all young mostly in our 20's and having fun. I too have been married for many years raised a family and even have Grandchildren. I searched this site out because My Daughter whom is 28 went to The Club in Dallas...Last Night 7/20/2011 and I drove her over there so she would not be going alone. It is totally NOT like the 1980's Club at all. I was disappointed actually that the dancers were so hands on and the females also for that matter. I guess being out of that life style things have really progressed. My daughter seem to enjoy it but I doubt I will be going back there. Gentlemen were just that on or off stage in the 80's. Eric I am in Crowley, Texas. My husband and I have been here since 1988. You didn't mention my favorite waiter then he started dancing You ever hear from Bruce?
