Took my brand new truck to this business. The next day I got a warning indicator on my truck for low oil pressure. Crawled underneath it with two small children in the backseat, in my dress clothes to find oil leaking around the filter. Contacted them and was told I could bring it for a free oil change or bring in my card for a refund. Was told it was fine if it took a while (I'm not from Lindale and had been there for a funeral). Long story short, after telling me that was fine, they refused the refund, or the oil change. I was told by my dealership (who told me what to do to avoid destroying my engine) that I was lucky my truck wasn't ruined.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS. THEY DO NOT HONOR THEIR WRITTEN OR VERBAL GUARANTEE.

Thank you for the warning. Stay away from the Lindale Walmart oil change too! They drained her oil, then found out they were out of the replacement oil. After a lengthy argument I convinced them not to fill it with the incorrect weight. I watched them through the glass, and they did it anyway. The manager was quick to correct the error, but the service department workers were totally incompitent.
