Appeals court denies rapist's motion for attorney in civil-commitment case
#1 May 22, 2011
I believe Wallace should quit complianing. He raped someone, was punished and then choose to rape someone a second time. What is suppose to make us think that he wont rape someone for his third offense?
Although, Wallace should be able to hold his attorney accountable for the missed deadline.
