Appeals court denies rapist's motion for attorney in civil-commitment case

A convicted rapist does not have a right to an attorney in his civil commitment proceeding based on the 14th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution, the state Court of Appeals ruled this week. Full Story

I believe Wallace should quit complianing. He raped someone, was punished and then choose to rape someone a second time. What is suppose to make us think that he wont rape someone for his third offense?

Although, Wallace should be able to hold his attorney accountable for the missed deadline.
