How did you like South. We are moving here permentatly in one year and will have an 8th grade boy at that time. I have heard some bad things about South High School and are determining whether to go private or not. thanks for the infor.

I would highly suggest a private school.
South is not up to par with academics or behavior control. Its like a farm house out there, some teachers included.

I can name to you at least 30 people that had dropped out by the time i had graduated.

sorry for the bad news =(

Thanks so much for the info. I had heard basically the same. It almost cost us buying our home, but we love the island so much, and our son is an avid fisherman and didn't want to make a decision on where to live when he will be graduating in a few years. Best of luck to ya and keep on defending our little piece of heaven.

Daily Horoscope for December 15

Sagittarius

A little tact goes a long way today, enabling you to navigate your way through what has the potential to be a tricky situation. Luckily, things will work out well and you'll be pleased with the way you handled everything. If you're talking to a neighbor or close relative, beware of raising their hopes about something if you already know that it won't be happening.
