Witness: Hells Angels swarmed truck before Marin shooting

Testifying under a grant of immunity, the teenage girlfriend of a Marin murder suspect said Monday that their vehicle was surrounded by angry Hells Angels riders before the shooting that killed an associate of the biker organization.

The likelihood that a group of Hell's Angels surrounded the truck before the gun was fired and then let these morons GET AWAY is absolutely ridiculous. The testimony of a child who was both pregnant AND on Ecstasy (why do people like this always feel the need to reproduce?) is questionable at best. I'll bet her memory would improve if she were threatened with jail time as an accessory. It's unfortunate that you can't (yet) put people in jail for just being stupid.

OK, what I don't understand...why did the driver of the Durango even have a gun with him if he wasn't expectiing or looking for trouble? Did he have a permit to carry? I doubt it. But, I bet after all is said and done, they won't even charge him with having a gun illegeally...which brings up the point why even have gun restricion laws if they'll never charge some dirt bag with a violation?

In some countries the hells angels are a known criminal gang from what I have read.
I read the same bikie stories Back home. In Australia the hells angels started a gang fight in the airport and one of their support men was killed in the fight just like in this story.

I do not understand why the young lad was placed in prison for defending his life , the life of an unborn child and the life of two young women.

I think all the hells angels should be charged with gang violence and threats and be placed in prison.
