Too bad that the seniors at the retirement facility and surrounding community had no input and totally ignored in the process.
It goes against every biblical principle to step on your neighbors and disrupt the peace and harmony of a community. Also refusing their suggestions to build off of Loop 121, which would eliminate the waste of a building a 5 million bridge.
In addition - the Lynch family being denied equal representation (Temple Daily 1/29) by Belton City Council, influenced by UMHB.
They are the most dispicable bunch to ever take office, including the city manager. Both the city manager and mayor of Belton left their former jobs for unknown reasons, but it wasn't on a happy note and now Belton has to endure them.

Good Grief Joe,
Think of the big picture here. The growth of UMHB is one of the ONLY things Belton has going for it. The retirement community has been in talks with the university for DECADES, and was well aware of their plans. Lord forbid this community makes any progress.
