Just great. Builing new schools and cant pay for teachers and supply. Belton is going to build 3 new schools for future student increase. For $60.000.000 with interest it will be $120.000.000. Guess who is going to pay for this.

In these economical times I guess everyone has to do whatever they can to fund the things they need. I think this is a very innovative way of going about getting money for classrooms.
