Justice prevails with the power of prayer... My heart gose out to all the victims and their familys... No person should ever endure such pain and trama, but please God let healing begin in the minds and hearts of the victims of ALL involved! Faith and Prayer conquers all evil in the end!

This is sounding more like a witch hunt all the time. The fact that all this is based on recovering some lost memory is troubling to me.

Yes, I'm thinking that if no physical evidence is found, then the whole case (and the story) will just go down the drain. Please God if there was abuse, then please help the detectives to find physical evidence!

Wow, you mean that just because the police arrest someone they might be innocent? They might want to take another look at the men they have now wearing orange jumpsuits, just to make sire they are on the right path. This could be even more of a nightmare than if it was true for the state.

I know for a fact that the authorities have concrete physical evidence that they are not sharing with the public. Everything will come out later, but I am thinking the DA does not want to show their hand just yet.

The authorities did not pick the suspects out of a hat. The law is not on a witchhunt, there had to be something more concrete for an unbiased judge to review the evidence presented, and write an arrest warrent for people that he had never heard of. My feeling is that these people did do something wrong, whether it was more or whether it was less than what people think. Memories of abuse can stay hidden and never dealt with for years or a lifetime, I know that for a fact because one of my children was abused. But at this point, they need to be proven innocent to me rather than guilty. And I know that is completely backwards to what is the norm, but this has hit too close to home this time. Whether people like it or not, innocent until proven guilty is what our country is built on. And by the way, we have sons, nephews, and sons in laws that are fighting for that right.

Why is it that no one is commenting on this TOTALLY innocent man, Larry Kidd, taken in with handcuffs on and filmed for the whole world to see? Talk about ruining lives. Mr. Kidd says he did not personally know any of the accused nor had he ever been out to the farm where the abuse allegedly took place. His "crime" was knowing one of the supposed victims. Thank goodness he has been released, but it sounds like he's had a bit of a rough time overcoming other stumbling blocks in his life. I'm sure this is something else that will take time for him to overcome and recover from. Shame on the police for parading an innocent man in handcuffs in front of television news crews. I am not only praying for the families involved, but now we can add Mr. Kidd to our prayer list.

Concerned, yes, I agree that the evidence, if there truly IS evidence, is against the Mohlers. However, it is obvious that there has been collateral damage inflicted upon a totally innocent man. If you know "for a fact" that the authorities have concrete evidence, I hope you've come forward with whatever you know.

This whole situation is EXTREMELY sad! The fact that the probable cause statement is simply a distant recollection of these allegations is concerning to me. I hope they do have concrete evidence and not just based on accusations. Who is to say these female family members don't simpy have a vendetta against these men?? I would like to see some evidence in this case come forward soon.

What they know and the evidence they have is way more than what they share with the media and public. It will be months before it ever even goes to trial. It is sad that Mr. Kidd was wrongly accused by a "tipster". I hope he can put it behind him and the public does not think there was something there when there was not.

I just hope as you do that Mr. Kidd can put this behind him and go on with his life. I truly don't see how his life can remain unaffected by this, however.

Some are saying there is no way the police would have arrested these men without evidence. Oh really? This news station headlined Larry Kidd was arrested?

NO!!! if the innocent man can understand and accept this why cant YOU?? stop the ignorance and let people do their jobs, if you are truely innoccent than you have nothing to hide and nothing to worry about, he got over it, when will you??? drama queen

This whole story makes no sense. We're supposed to believe that these five guys did all this horrific stuff and nobody talked for ten years? Every man in the family was guilty? They did all of this crap, and no other adult ever found out? No innocent bystanders to come forward for ten years? They forced an abortion, but then offered therapy to the kids with this ridiculous jar story? Somebody's scamming the police and the public.

This is just another BS case, based on nothing but a story from some mentally disturbed nitwits who need some attention. Our legal system is a joke and a perversion. We need to change our laws so that innocent people will never again have to fear the system.

Maybe you should do your "homework" before speaking.

My point is, whatever happened to questioning someone before making an arrest? Mr. Kidd was arrested first, brought in handcuffed, and THEN the police realized he didn't even know the accused??? Believe me, I've done my homework. Duh, you should do yours.

"it is VERY common for victims in THIS VERY TYPE OF SITUATION to keep quiet..." Their mother hasn't kept quiet. She's been telling these stories of horrific abuse for more than a decade. Her children suddenly "recall" the abuse today. To hear my mother tell it,my dad beat her and all us kids for years. Truth is,he never hit any of us kids. And the only time he ever hit her was when she grabbed him by the testicles and wouldn't let go. And only then after several warnings. If I didn't have a strong mind,I'd probably remember things my mom's way. She's been "remembering" things differently for us long enough....LOL.

i just looked on fox 4 news kansas city mo. and they still have the news on larry kidd being arrested ,and they have the story about being cleared ...so why do they still have the story online about him being arrested and charged ? after he has been cleared , that video and all others should been taken off ....... i feel its slander and they should not leave videos up of him being charged after he is cleared . if i was larry kidd , i would talk to naacp and than a lawyer and put a lawsuit towards the media for slander of my name . i noticed the media was all over him when they brought him in , they tried to get a face shot of him , for the world to see ...... its like they were saying , we got a black man .....he was falsely arrested and they should have check things out before letting the media say he was charged .....i am a white woman , but i know wrong , when its wrong and that was wrong how the media did larry kidd ...... i feel they are ruining his name and i would seek a lawyer .
