Faith and family are a big deal when you're on a big stage like the NFL. Being a head coach, you have the opportunity to either positively or negatively influence the men of this country. I've learned a lot about being a husband and father from Tony Dungy.

Also, I believe Tony "retired" from his job, not quit. I don't think you would like being called a quitter when you retire, would you?

So, basically no public figure can have an influence on others? Is that what you're saying?

Also, most of us are going to retire at some point. I'm sure friends and family members of yours have retired at some point. Did you go up to them and congratulate them on quitting their jobs???? Think about it.
