Whatttt a looad of booolsheet.

1. If they are getting the money then isn't that against the intentions of the Bailout?

2. The Bailout money is supposed to be just that, to bailout banks whose Capital Reserves are in trouble.

3. They are getting super cheap government money to EXPAND?

WHAT is wrong with this picture?

SOmebody is blowing smoke.

The only question is WHO?

Thy Bard will find out.

For those who don't know then NC Senator Hoyle is the CEO of this Bank.

He lists "Real Estate Investor" as his occupation but his hat hangs in his Bank Office.

I hope by now everybody is connecting the dots and not seeing dots from all the smoke.

Hey Jenni Q, Whats up with Mr. Jackson's report. Id like to know which way he intends on pushing this story. My understanding that Taxpayer bailout money is intended for banks that are in trouble per capital resources. They say they already exceed regulatory well-capitalized levels by every measure and that the money is "cost-effective" (free?) to increase their base.

This doesn't sound like bailing out. More like increasing the wealth.

Well, the key to the Toll Road is to continue the pressure on those that are behind and driving the project.

In this case. Senator Hoyle is the cornerstone on the road.

He also carries a lot of weight in Gaston and at the Gazette.

Our Senator has obviously got him somebody managing his press lately.

WITH BoolSHEET.

Mr. Jackson will receive new scrutiny if these misleading puff pieces continue.

It is what it is.

Lets put some wood to this fire.

OUR State Senator owns a Bank.

This Bank applies for BAILOUT MONEY.

Not for shoring up its Balance Sheet and Capital Ratio.

But instead says its using the Taxpayer's Money for expansion and shareholder value.

HELLOOOOOOOOOOOOO.

SOMETHING IS WRONG.

Either someone is blowing smoke about their Balance Sheet which would violate all kinds of nifty Federal Statues.

OR someone is seizing an opportunity to cheat the taxpayers out of money to ENRICH their own pockets.

I MEAN THIS GUY IS STUPID OR JUST THINKS THE TAXPAYERS ARE STUPID which in this case I would have to say he is right on both counts.

WE already know he owns the Ethics COmmission and their lawyers by their incompetent legalese.

I guess HE owns our new Governor too.

He is blatant and thumbing his nose at the People.

I can buy a Senate Seat, I can make my Monkeys do as their told, I can make all the money I want off the Taxpayers.

WHO ELSE DOES HE OWN?

Rub, rub, rubby-doo-day;
Rum-pum-pum a-rum-pum-pum-pum!
Dready got a job to do
And he's got to fulfill that mission
To see his hurt is their greatest ambition, yeah!
But-a we will survive in this world of competition,
'Cause no matter what they do
Natty keep on comin'through,
And no matter what they say-ay-ay-ay,
Natty de deh every day. yeah!
Natty Dread rides again,
Through the mystics of tomorrow,
Natty Dread rides again:
Have no fear, have no sorrow, yeah!

All and all you see a-gwan
Is to fight against Rastaman.
So they build their world in great confusion
To force on us the devil's illusion.
But the stone that the builder refuse
Shall be the head cornerstone,
And no matter what game they play,
Eh, we got something they could never take away;
We got something they could never take away:

And it's the fire (fire), it's the fire (fire)
That's burning down everything:
Feel that fire (fire), the fire (fire);
Only the birds have their wings, yeah!
No time to be deceived.
Oh, brothers, you should know and not believe:
Jah say this judgement - it could never be with water,
No water could put out this fire (fire):
This fire (fire), this fire (fire),
This fire (fire), a yaga y'all! Ride, Natty, ride!
Go deh, Dready, go deh,
'Cause now the fire is out of control,
Panic in the city, wicked weeping for their gold!
Everywhere this fiyah is burning,
Destroying and melting their gold,
Destroying and waisting their souls.

Go ride, Natty, ride!
Go deh, Dready! Go deh!

Tell you what: now the people gather on the beach
And the leader try to make a speech,
But the Dreadies understandin' that it's too late:
Fire is burning;
Man, pull your own weight!
Fiyah is burning;
Man, pull your own weight!
Natty Dread rides again (Natty Dread rides again);
And me say, Go deh, Dready! Go deh!(go deh, go deh)
Oh ride, Natty, ride!(Dread rides again)
And go deh, Dready!(Go deh, go deh)
Ridin' through the storm,
Riding through the calm (go deh, go deh).
Oh ride, Natty, ride!
Go deh, Dready, go deh!
Ride, Natty, ride!
Go deh, Dready, do deh!

Boss Hogg.

Some people vote by recognition alone and not having any real opinion on anything.

It's the game.

Make the People feel incompetent to judge for themselves.

And why parasites can exist in NC Politics.

Pretty good year for our senator so far.

He's gonna get a few hundred million with play with at the Bank.

He's gonna get a few billion to play with in the roads by his land.

He's gonna get a tax break.

He got a tax break for donating worthless bottom land to the state plus a maintenance contract at no cost.

And with his stock down, he's buying in with the other smart money.

Yep, A GOOD YEAR FOR SOME>

Now how does all the "Bailout" news come home to roost?

On our politicians shoulders.

Sparingly doled out to friends and friends.

Sounds like there's a lot of spirit of the law being broken...but enough loopholes so it's not the letter of the law...

The President is responsible for the execution of Federal Law. The Governor is responsible for State Law and so on and so on.

Their respective appointees in the Cabinet assume this responsibility from the Executive Branch and so on and so on.

The NC State Ethics Commission has oversight on Elected Officials.

The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency has oversight on Banks along with the Federal Reserve has oversight on Nationally Chartered Banks with the State Banking Commission having authority over State-Chartered Banks.

Treasury has authority over the disbursement of "bailout" money and its usage.

Clearly the intended path of the funds is not for branch expansion and real estate purchase in South Charlotte.

It IS intended for lending to small businesses and individuals in GASTON COUNTY.

Ethics violations should be fined and recorded in thy Public Record with a censure from the Senate.

Otherwise, its all about the suppression of the execution of the Law which is a Federal Offense found detestable by all Americans.

That's rite fellow grass-rooters and toll road opponents. You and you alone started a grass-fire across the country. By taking a stand and exercising your rights as citizens, you have shown the rest of the country who and how this country is governed.
