Wow you told me! Truely happened? Fact, plead guilty to a lesser offense. Took a plea agreement,Ordered to pay restitution, Truely happened..........yep he did it and that is all I have to say about that.

come on!!! you can post on here all you want and it want do any harm to me at all. all it does is show that there are alot of people around here that have a pretty boring life. while you are on here spending time to post your comments, im out having a good time and enjoying life. and i look at this about once a month to see what new gossip is on here. this stuff is about me and thats why i check to see what has been posted, but i have never cared to look up or to post about anything or anyone else. please people get a hobby, a life or just go feed the birds in the park. everybody in our area knows how bad i am and how big of a criminal i am. so lock your doors and hide your valuables and go live your life and try to forget mine. thanks god bless and merry christmas!!!

The prosecutor is the only one who can offer a plea deal and it may be offered for any number of reasons. It might be offered because the prosecutor has a weak case and doesn't feel like the jury will see it his way. Or he could have the defendant cold and just want's to save the time of a drawn out trial. Many reasons dumb fuck. So do us all a favor and shut the fuck up.

does anyone know if mail fraud was any of the 37 charges against Jr? if not and you thing that 20 years is too short, you might contact someone about those charges. i believe they carry severe terms for each count of mail fraud. so if any of the victems are listening, call someone!

be very careful, much of your entry could serve as evidence of intimidation on behalf of him. remember the number of lives that family has ruined financially, emotionally and spiritually. should they just let it go? maybe they should leave and start over somewhere else. chances are, the folks that have the means will follow them there also. that is the chance they took when they cheated and stole people's lives from them.

What a nerve got hit. Look butt hole if I lost 225,000 to him and want a little payback since no restitution has come me way is that not ok with you because it sure seems fair to me. As for the kids, do they not know daddy went to prison? As for Wendy she is a fine lady but still one that knew what was going on. So for the name of kids and being good people it is ok to steal but not critize the person that did the stealing. You since of justice is so fuc.. up that it is so funny to read your defense of this man. I am sure he can change and maybe has but the fact remains he stole from a lot of us and showed no remorse for the crime and had no intentions of stopping until he was caught, so how good is he. Thanks wow.. I wish the man no harm. But the poster who uses the threats can be found easily. His post can be reported to the FBI since they still have a open statement regarding the dibrunos. It states under there file that anyone with any further information can contact the Charlotte office on Church St. But thanks for the support.

what an interesting post I just read. If it was coherent I would give it thought. I sincerely hope that no one ever forgets how these men and women cheated and used people that liked them and offered genuine friendship. Con men do not deserve forgiveness, you have to be joking when you ask any of us to just shut up and go away. How do you think they were able to get by for more than 20 years? Because good Christain people let them. They did not want to get involved in scandals so they shut up and did not put big warning signs out for others to avoid the trap. Now that Nick got a slap in the wrist and Joey in prison for a little while and the old man is dead, we need to forget? Think again bud. Lives and FUTURES were ruined. I am sorry to ask at this point in the game, but remind us of why Nick did not spend time or as much time as Joey or old dad? Someone said he turned states evidence against the others but I am not sure at this point. Who knows out there that can enlighten us? Also, does anyone know if there were offshore accounts found and retrieved?
