It is hard to imagine that the Kent County Probate Court can take property from a family without ever talking with them; however, this is what has happened to us: the Dixie Pavilion-5000 sq ft of hardwood maple dance floor, a home next door both on Doans Lake 2 miles S. of Wayland, Michigan; also 87 acres across the highway-Division Ave or 10th street, with an oil well drilled by Lincoln Rock of Northbrook, Ill., 2800ft of railroad boundary, and a 6000 sq ft pole building put up by Ed Hanenberg of Coopersville, Michigan; this property was free and clear of all encumbrances; it was sold through the Kent County Probate Court without ever talking with me for $67,500 to Jack Goodale who owns most of the oil leases in the Wayland area; I took Dan Vos, who has done most of the building for Amway, out to look at what Ted VanDellen Steel Works had done to make sure that the building was safe and secure; when Judge Dale Stoppels took the real estate from our family, there was nothing wrong with the pavilion.

Rog, it appears you've been screwed again! Why does everyone take advantage of you and your family?
