according to Newsweek, Americans spent a little over $72/each for on Halloween.

Halloween mind you!!!!

who's kidding (no pun intended) who about the gloomy economy, no jobs, extended unemployment?

if Americans can fork over that kind of dough it surely times aren't that tough.
