Ah yes only 4000.. Chump change. How I loved the car, yes after verbal torture from you and months of aggravation i was happy to get my bondo-mobile back from you, specaiily equipped with exrta rot and rust painted bright red. Or all the destroyed or missing chrome trim, or the handy red oversprayed convertible top and carpets.. The missing $600 in gaskets and weatherstripping that you didnt feel like putting on, and the two pieces that flew off on my drive home.. Or the trunk that you forgot to fix and paint, or all the wiring that was cut or the fact that I had one working headlight out of 4 and one taillight, the car died on the way home because you guys cut the wiring harness by the rear plate and gas tank and it shorted out and blew out the entire fuse box. When I took the rear bumper off (thank god you only used two bolts because it would have taken me all day to remove) I found wires cut all over the place. My interior trim screws, half missing, one door panel hanging by one screw. The plastic nose piece you "lost" thats not available anywhere inthe counrty. The undercoat spray you were supposed to use in all the doors and god knwos what else you put in your contract which nothing was done as stated. I have close to 200 detailed pictures I would gladly post some of for all to see. But I'm not the one that needs to convince anyone here of your game,everyone here has nearly the exact same story, and were all in the same boat. I bought the car from a little old man 1000 miles away that didn't know any better as to what was under the paint and HE offered to give me my money back, or give me money towards having it painted. And boy did I make the wrong choice. All of us here did.

I was there today and I saw a gold corvette....and Tony from Sayerville, if it's your vette it's all in pieces! Location of car was 1825 Old Mill Rd in Wall Township right behind K-Mart. Vic is no longer there but a lot of cars are still there.
Vic started my 69 chevelle almost 3 years ago. I had all brand new parts. He was supposed to assemble the parts as well as paint the entire car. Today I collected a radiator support and that was it. Thankfully I still have my rusted car that was left out in the rain but I'm out 8,000 and some of the new parts I gave that thief.
Vic has the gift of gab and that's about it. Not an honest bone in his body. His goal is to collect as much money as fast as he can then take off running.

Well, Looks like this is a club I never wanted to Join, but here I am another victim of Vic Decker. I had my Checker repainted and repaired by him once. Because of the shoddy job he was to redo the vehicle, that is when the scam started in earnest. I am now trying to get the car repaired, it is down in Wall with some of you other guys.
I am most interested in finding out what all of you have done so far. I think it is a good idea if we act in concert whether it is a civil suit, legal actions or an understanding of how our damaged vehicles can be covered by insurance carriers.
For all those comfortable with sharing their email address, this might be the best way to share information outside this board forum.
