What a scam this is. I'll bet that whoever designed this system rolls right thru after checking traffic from the left and seeing cross traffic has a green left turn arrow, just like everyone else. There is OBVIOUSLY no traffic from the left while the turn arrow is lit for the cross traffic. There are FIVE fines apparent in the 5 second clip that I was in. Thousands of dollars in fines a day.

i'm assuming taht since we have all the cameras doing the work then lay off for the officers should be high. I think this is easy money to get from motorist. I do not agree with running red lights at all, and think a person should be ticketed. My concern is that we have no knowmn facts of pedestrians getting ran over in most areas where the cameras are at.. I think that this is a huge distration for drivers especially at night. When I'm driving at night close to one of these bogus intersections you just start seeing Flashes. Can you imagine an elderly person seeingthis flash,and possible hitting someone/something. I must admit that everytime I saw the cameras flashes motorist are not running lights. I think that the suburbs needs to upgrade to legit cameras giving motorist seconds to stop like some city cameras. I've also seem motorist slam on there brakes afraid of getting tickets which can cause a rear end collision.

What the hell is this? I come to a complete stop at a red light, the camera flashes, the light turns green and I go on my way. A week later I get a ticket in the mail for 100.00 saying I ran a red light what the f***?

I am considering a lawsuit to challenge the validity of the video. I have not and will not pay the bill. This is a 100% sham.

I recieved a "red light camera" ticket at Mannhiem and Higgins. I have gone back and looked to see, where they have placed the line to stop at allows for no possibiltiy of seeing on-coming traffic before turning. Rosemont...you are dishonest and duplicitous in using the "red light camera" as a method of stealing money from people unfortuante enough to have to do buisness in your city. I just recieved a "red light camera" ticket at the intersection of Mannhiem & Higgins. I have returned to that location (northbound Rt 45) to discover that the City of Rosemont has placed the line to stop well behind the area to safely look for on-coming traffic before committing to your right turn. It is quite apparent the fine city of Rosemont has committed an act of duplicitous deception in order to literally steal money from people unfortunate enough to have to do business in that community. I intend to share with everyone I meet from now on one important fact..."Do not do business in Rosemont. It is a dishonest corrupt city bent on deception and borderline criminality to pad their failing community".
