Homemade weapons in a prison? What is the world coming to. Is this not why we are supposed to constantly search the inmates and their property and housing? I disagree with eliminating positions if the system is 32% over capacity. That is what makes it really dangerous.

These are horrible working conditions.This goes to show you no help for these animals.take away every thing from them.
