A Perrysville woman is in the Ashland County Jail 13 days after she was placed on house arrest for shooting a man through a door. The Adult Parole Authority alleges Elizabeth A. Sivey, 54, violated the terms of her house arrest in four separate ways by allegedly possessing drug paraphernalia, 46 rounds of CCI 380 ammunition, a Taurus 380 auto magazine and two cans of Bud Ice beer, according to a document filed Tuesday, Jan. 30 by APA officer Paul Cieslinski Jr. During a hearing on Thursday, Feb. 1, Sivey denied the violations through her attorney, James Mayer.
