I don't know what people are talking about but I have had a MagicJack since April and it is better than Vonage. Cheaper and clearer especially on international calls. If you want to order one from me email me at NewHotProductsOnline@gmail.com and I'll explain all the quirks with the device. It is a very good product and the phone companies have been ripping us off long enough.
I wish you were telling the truth. But you sell them, so what can I say? It doe NOT work for everyone. In fact, my guess is that it works for may 40%. Thus the "F" rating. Maybe someone will delete your spam.

I just filed a formal complaint with the Florida Better Business Bureau. I have been unable to obtain return authorization information from magic Jack. I can't use it and simply want to return the unopened magicJack. I was "chatting" with someone from their customer service department when he (I can only assume) stopped communicating.

As of a few months ago, this is the company's W. Palm Beach number - likely on Georgia Avenue, 33405.
five six one, five eight six-3380.
maybe that will help someone.
If it is incorrect, would someone please be kind enough to post the correct one here? Thanks!

I have a vonage # and an ATT land line in 954 area code. Needed a 561 # for business purposes. Magicjack is installed on my 3 laptops. I use it to make outgoing calls from free wi-locations (ie: Panera) Saves on cell phone minutes. NEVER had a problem!!!!! Think the people who are having problems do not have ample bandwith...upload speed is what's important. Also, just a small amt. of PC savvy is important.
Never had a problem!!!! I route the MJ 561 # to my 954 business #...It is NOT a hog on my PC resources.....but can stop it from woking in the background. It's a technical issue...if interested..and you're PC savvy ask me in your post.

Very unhappy with magicjack usability and customer service is an abomination of the words. All they want is your money then you are on your own. Wait till they get it right or go bankrupt.
I'm going to complain to anyone who will listen.

My magic jack works really well. Sometimes there is a little echo but how could you complain when you have no more phone bills to contend with? I love it!

This is a devious way for the scumbag owners to sell all the information they will gather thru inserting cookies, and spyware, all designed to gather confidential information from your online browsing history. any sites you have visited they have a record of. They will sell your information without your permission to third parties, Its in the online agreement you must agree to. You can not remove this program from your computer. it changes the registry some how. I am not a computer Geek or Nerd. but I have been investigating this "Majic Jack" claims. They have no Customer service, this is just front to scam people ,beware, check with your local computer nerd. Ask him about this.

When I click on Magic Jack a notice comes up telling me to plug the phone into the BP Ports, which I have always done. I tried every which way and all I get is the dumb commerical.

Ifg you are a MJ customer, you contact them via magicjack.com . Live chat os available, but that's about it. Count on some foreigner from a nutjob country posing under an American-sounding name,to help you. A few are pretty good; the others frustrate you so much so that you will leave them alone.

Anyone still with an AOL acount or who is conected via a dialup modem shouldn't have MJ. Depends mainly on a very fast cable or dsl connection.

Magic Jack is OK if you can get an area code from your area, mine is STILL unavailable, been waiting 3 months for my area code to come out, no one wants to call me as its long distance for them.
This Sucks and whenever i try to contact MJ about when its being release for my area code i get the run around, and get told that their engineers are working on it, please it cant be that hard !!!

I cut my landline and just just Magicjac, it works great. A battery backup is a must for your computer while using magicjeck. It's a simple product to use and you need not be computer wiz to use it.

I also accepted the 30 day trial.
After submitting my credit card information, the screen said for a debit card they would charge me the next day!
There was a link to follow if I could not use my debit card.
Guess where the link took me?You guessed it!
Straight to the "Loop" of nowhere on the MagicJack.com website where customer care does not exist!
So, at least I would have time to run to the bank & make a quick deposit.
They charged me without permission immediately!I have a ton of outstanding checks and may have hundreds in overdrafts because of MagicJack.com .
And the shipping on this thing is less than $2 friends! I am demanding a 100% refund or will file an online FTC complaint.

Zero Customer Service! Sure they have a web site... but just try to get the return address, you wont find it!
Try to ask why it never took the calls it was used for... that ATT still billed even though Magic Jack was used!

All I an say is they do have customer service, I used them, I haven't had any more spyware then normal from just surfing the web. The MJ phone works great for me and I'm on a wireless system in the garage with this phone. I do get some echo sometimes , but barely can hear the echo. Works good for me, if you don't like it don't get it.

Daily Horoscope for December 30

Pisces

You're thinking along very inventive lines today, which is brilliant if you're trying to decide what you want to achieve in 2010. Get out a notebook or diary and start jotting down your ideas, so there's no danger of forgetting them. Discussing some of your plans with someone you respect could lead to even more brainwaves, and will assure you of their moral and emotional support.
