The cops in North Bellport sit on their fat lazy asses at the train station and behind spicy's and only bust white kids buying weed. They could care less about all the crack, heroin, PCP and illegal guns going around that area, they just HAVE to get that evil weed off the streets! Suffolk County cops like to pick on White kids who smoke weed because they're easy prey and aren't harming anyone, thus less likely to shoot the cop. It's just an easy way for the sociopathic SCPD to feel like the big tough guy. The SCPD are a bunch of p*****s. Very true. I use to live in Bellport Village and I know how racist and corrupted the Suffolk County Police are. My Family was Friends with a Latino Family in North Bellport and I was sitting in the car with the son of this Family legally parked at the corner of Bellport Lane and South Country Road when a Cop approached. This cop was just being nosy and racially profiling my friend. He had no reason to harass us as we were obviously doing nothing wrong. But due to the major RACISM in Bellport these are the kind of things that happen. As in most, if not all financially poor neighborhoods, Police really don't care and neglect to do their jobs. What happens is that due to this major neglect, things just get worse and worse and worse and worse. Soon everyone is putting down the neighborhood and blaming those victims in it. When people don't get help, they get desperate and do desperate and illegal things. DON'T blame the neighborhood, blame those like the Police that are PAID to do their jobs and deliberately and desperately FAIL to. When people are living in poverty, most people fail to help them especially because of RACISM. Police in Bellport Village jump if a resident calls. If a resident of North Bellport calls, they're lucky if they get a timely response, if at all and poorly handled if they DO get Officers to respond. If you want Police to do a better job, you need to protest and stand up to them lawfully with a permit to rally etc.. I grew up in Bellport Village & have an Alcoholic mother(who taught English in Bellport High School)who married a pedophile named Charlie. I reported him following me around, asking me sex questions and inappropriately touching me and she did nothing.

She argued with him a little over a year and then he told her "Either I go or she goes" and my mother put me in the street. The Police had come to our house and I had told them all this before, but they did nothing to help me. All the Police care about is what the rich or upper middle class residents say. They don't care about anyone else. Even a 14 year old child isn't safe. Money is all the Police care about. The City where I live now is the same. I live in Queensbridge Projects in a poor neighborhood. I have been assaulted 11 times here in 13 1/2 years. Police Service Area 9(Satellite Pct.)/the 114th Precinct here in the City do absolutely NOTHING! They have created an environment where crime is accepted because they refuse to do their jobs! They even told me they only like to help the wealthy neighborhoods essentially when I complained one time at P.S.A. 9. But I have to say, City Police work a lot harder than Suffolk Police so I don't get why they are the highest paid! Communities only hope for things to get better is to get permits and have organized protests, rallies and/or demonstrations. This is the only thing Police and other agency's etc. understand. This is exactly why I became a Civil Rights and Community Activist. No one listens unless you become proactive and they have no choice. Calling the media is crucial when having these protests too. Even if it's just for a single issue, call the media if the problem is really bad. The Police grossly neglect & abuse(due to racism many times)neighborhoods that are non-white. They usually do this due to their racism and/or due to the fact they feel they should only help Middle Class, Upper Middle Class or Rich neighborhoods. So yes, the wealthy are living off the backs of the poor. People call people in North Bellport derogatory names and those are the enablers of such corrupted Cops. My Family use to be good Friends with a Puerto Rican Family in North Bellport and I was sitting in the car at the corner of Bellport Lane and South Country Road with one of them, a guy. A Police Officer came up to us sitting legally parked in the car on a Sunday and was harassing us asking what we're doing here. I said we're talking, he's a good friend of my Family. The Officer had no right at all to bother us. If he had been a white man that would not have happened! I get so tired of that corrupted and racist mentality of Suffolk Cops. When I went to visit my Grandmother, my mother tried to get them to arrest me 12 years ago. That's why I stay away. These cops are sooooo corrupted! When I was 14 my alcoholic raging mother Emily P.(who taught English at Bellport High School)married Charles P. a PEDOPHILE. In retaliation for me reporting him, as a child should, he told my mother "Either I go, or she goes".
