Windham County grad rates lower than state average

While Vermont has the second highest graduation rate in the country, Windham County high schools continue to struggle with their graduation rates, which are below the state average.

I am not surprised that Windham County has such low graduation rates. The Special Ed here is more interested in federal funding than in the learning needs of children. I found that out when my boys were placed in Special Ed. It's all about the money, not the kids. IEP teams tend to abuse parents into silence so that they cannot stand up for the needs of their kids.
