I am very disappointed to learn that Howard Brass is involved in some way with this illegal drug scheme.

I too was upset to hear about Howard. I really do not and will not believe he had anything to do with this.

I pray they truth comes out, Jonathan has always been a good person, not capable of what he is being accused of. i believe the other 2 dirt bags involved in this are to blame.

dont believe it

This news story has been skewed and exaggerated to make Jonathan appear guilty for things he was unaware were even happening. Please remain faithful to his pharmacy. He's a kind man who has always done whatever he can to help his customers and friends.

While Mr. Brass may be a nice person to family, friends, and customers, he had to know everything that was going on in his small business.
News is always skewed and exaggerated for publicity and interest.....welcome to the real world.
Our teenage children are volnerable to drug traffiking and you have to want to live in an area that has a "no tolorance" attitude for this kind of thing.
May the absolute truth come out through the process. If he is innocent, he will get through this. If he is not, he will be eaten alive in there.

The trouble is, he could have gotten off with a slap on the wrist and no jail time yet, ultimately, he was a drug dealer. He's been in trouble before for improperly dispensing drugs, why is everyone so darn surprised? Does anyone know what happened on the 10th? It's off the court docket so something happened.

According to certain documents he was less then forthcumming and fairly uncooperative and therefore was relased on $75k bail and has been supervised by the Dept of Probation since his release.

It's off the court docket which means it has been adjudicated. Sentence passed down. I heard he has to repay the money (750K) and fines but what about jail time? No jail time? Does he get to keep his pharmacist license too? So let me get this straight.... He gets to keep everything he bought with ill gotten gains, no jail, keeps his job which allows him to be around prescription drugs which he sold illegally. Sounds like a small slap on the wrist. Arrogance and greed are always followed by trouble.......

he may not keep his license. he is now an official convicted felon. no voting privileges either.he probably helped convict the other two.

8 months for Brass is not so bad......he is a lucky dud!! Does he get to keep his store ?

think about it. he probably did it because business was not too good. he now looses his license and either has to hire another pharmacist to run it or sell it. think his wife and family will stick around. doubt it.
