Man America not like america of the 80's, now days, they can't even put a guy in jail due to a budget cut, in my native counrty of Saudi Arabia, if there is enought evidence and proof that criminal has done a crime and the case makes it to court, and the Suspect is a Wanted Fellon, we put him in Jail, we Saudis know how to handle our business and keep crime down.
No one wants criminals, good thing my Saudi-American family is wealthy enough to buy a house in the gated community of rolling Hill estates. Also if any Law Enforcement needs any money, I will give them the Donation or Charity for Justice. I will have my Lawyer look into this.

"Moral of the story.....Go to Washington, commit as many crimes as you can and then move to California. I used tolive on the same block as this guy and he is a stone cold a*& h$#@ and that's why we moved 2 months ago. To you people in the clouds, you have to do something wrong to violate parole which he apparently did since his last release was 2008. So,'westsidejessie' if he can't do something as SIMPLE as reporting to his parole officer then no, he is not ready to be with main stream society. To 'Native' and anyone else who cries,'he should be given a second chance,' it appears he had dozens of chances and isn't smart enough to stay out of trouble while on parole. The people that cry second chance are usually VIOLENT criminals themselves or relatives of criminals who can't get their head out of the clouds and see that there is a problem. The key to this story is VIOLENT and trust me, he's still a jerk. So, if anyone wants him to be your neighbor, feel free to leave your address and he can move next to you.]You say the same block? Are you BLAMING Suatele because you had to move? Or is it because you couldt pay rent? Homeowners do not move because of a GOSSIP colum !!! Jeorge,S is not a liar!!! His empoloyer VOUCHED for Suatele even kept his job position for him to RETURN to- Or is that out of the cloud as well? Do not call some one a jerk because YOU were a SIMPLE NEIGHBOR...Enjoy the snow in Denver,Co You need to "CHILL"

Going forward- perhaps it would be a good idea for you not to call someone a "jerk" because your a "simple" neighbor...

You imply that 'parole violations' are not being 'in trouble'. How can that be? He went back to prison for these violations. He had a warrant issued for his arrest in 2008 when he didn't report to his parole officer and disappeared after getting out of prison. Those issues fit in my definition of being "in trouble".
There were no additional charges filed against him and no time was added to his sentence. That means he did not commit a criminal act. He simply failed to comply with the terms of his parole (which can sometimes be very difficult to comply with as I understand it). Parole is a privilege given to convicts who appear deserving but it comes with onerous conditions and many hoops to jump through.

Oh, come on.. How can failing to report to his parole officer and disappearing be considered an "onerous condition" that has "many hoops to jump through"? How can that not be considered a criminal act? An arrest warrant was issued. Just because the state now declined to extradite him doesn't mean they have decided he did not commit a criminal act.

everyone deserves a second chance and this was more than 8 years ago he was an adolescent at this time away from family..he is now a hardworking father of 7 and has not commited any crimes since then.

you are a total liar neighbor of suatele never jerk noo its funny he is a real quiet person and again although he committed these crimes he was an adolescent at the time and he served his time in prison violated parole well being released in a state where you dont know anyone no one at all its pretty easy to violate the government maybe should have thought to give him a transfer of parole everyone makes mistakes and the papers made him seem to be a real cold hearted person and he is not even close to that.

suatele did not disappear he simply returned home to his wife and kids. he commited a crime as an adolescent and suffered the consequences, as the state of washinton parole board had knowledge that he was not a washington resident granting him a transfer of parole would have been a better way of dealing with this situation. 80 percent of parolees return to prison within the first year due to terms and conditions of parole, in this situation suatele has not been in trouble with the law or has committed any crimes over 8 years of being released.

"reply" you are a complete moron if you think this guy isn't going to commit more VIOLENT crimes. I guess in your world criminals only commit one crime, then they are rehabilitated and never do it again. Since Wa didn't want him, it looks like LA is stuck with the criminal and now our tax dollars are going to be spent housing this creep after he's caught robbing someone.
obviously suatele hasnt committed any crimes for the past 8 years in wich he wasnt caught he was found in a checkpoint and speaking of tax dollars his tax dollars are probably being spent on housing one of your creep of a family members. yooh know nothing!!!
