I like the part about requiring them to take out an ad in the paper, describing how they got into the trouble they're in (re: hiring illegal aliens).

Other than that, I think their fine should've been hire and there should've been some jail time involved.

The puke government rather get that $100,000 fine than throw them in the slammer.

Money talks and the criminal walks.

Illegal immigration is not going anywhere under those circumstances.

I agree about the jailtime.

I hope there business is small enough that a $100,000 fine is very painful.

The politician, judges, mayors, governors etc. must start being hit with fines and jailtime also. Judges that let illegals go 5 times until some gets killed would be a good example.

Absolutely unbelievable that this so called attorney, Donald Reno shook the hands of the defendants and congratulated them for breaking the law! Why wasn't the business forfeited just like we do the drug dealers? Government has no problem taking their homes, business, and cars for breaking laws. These criminal so called business owners get a pat on the back and freed to do this again and again. Make the punishment fit the crime. Removal of a Lawyers license seems to be in order as well.

You seriously think an activist liberal judge is going to give these people jail time? I'm surprised they weren't given a medal.
