The Bellingham man, known as Mark Smith. that was realeased from the house of corrections on was a very big mistake from the jail, and also the bailbondsman I hope there is a full investigation to how this could have happened. to be honest i believe mark smith should have been held without bail due to the serious allegations that were made against him. no mother should have to go through such a horriable thing like that and most certainly no three children should have had to go through that.
