I am in total agreement with Mr. Lussier and think that Pulaski Blvd is not only an eye sore but also the advertising is a negative message to the younger children of Bellingham. I would be happy to participate in any campaign that would improve and help remove the advertising signs on Pulaski Blvd. If help is needed please feel free to contact me at [email protected]
