If you waved a magic stick, cops would think it was a gun and shoot you.

This is truly sad. A 18 yr old gunning down a 15 yr old is a lost of 2 young lives. Delmar will never get out of jail and Jabari parents will never see him again. When will these young black kids learn. We've been through enough with our ancestors and now we have to deal with black on black crime. You're only hurting the African American race and if this killing don't stop black males will be non-existent. I am begging all of the young black men to stop the killing please. Cant you see what's happening to us. We are already frowned upon because of our skin color so why make it worse. I wish I could wave a magic stick and make it all stop. Aren't you guys tired of seeing parents cry.

We as parents need to take control of our children and stop letting the streets raise our children, kids these days are so quick to grab a gun when they're angry or trying to prove to someone else that they are tough but guess what that's the cowards way out it only take (1) finger to pull a trigger on a gun, if you want to make your mark on the world do it in a more positive way, where people will say that you're amazing and not say that you're stupid, there are so many of us who have had a love one or someone that we know, life destoyed by illness or violence, so just imagine how it felt to have that person life taken away from you before you make an unwise decision that can change your life, have a I love myself attitude. I say this to everyone no matter what race you are Jesus will never leave you,but your homeboys will run off and leave you at the first sign of trouble.....

Load Delmar, or whatever his gang moniker is (spanky, spooky, goofy, etc.) onto a C-130 and drop this "tough guy" into Afghanistan. Then we will see how long he will last.

I agree with you, since the ACLU , PETA, NACAP,LBGAYPRIDE, NARR, MADD, PCP,LAFAMILIA,ESH, they all got involved and cryed wolf, that killing the killers is inhumane, that they suffer, when they are put to sleep. Give me a break, they take away innocent lives, as these so called groups cry that it is wrong, what gives. Arnold the prisons are full, start executing people at dead row. An may DAMON of Malibu be the first one.

Blacks arent frowned upon because of their skin color. Thats a cop out. They are frowned upon because of the way so many of them choose to act. Violence and theft are choices but so is education and hard work. The Black community must help itself and choose the path of education, work and family before it completely self destructs.

Well said. If an African American can become President of the US -voted in by the people - then all the doors are open, all that needs to happen is to walk through them and focus on education, hard work and good choices. The mindset needs to change.

Everyone on the face of the earth can find what they think to be a good excuse for doing the wrong thing. Whether it be discrimination, poverty, bad upbringing or whatever. Wrong is wrong. We all have choices to make every day when we get out of bed. Most of us make the right ones. Many of us dont. When those of us who dont make the right one chose to commit a crime appropriate punishment should follow. Do the crime, do the time.

I wonder what role taxpayer funded defense attorneys are playing to influence their gang banger clients to wimp out by pleading not guilty in order to further clog our overburdned courts and to make fools of society? Is this part of the "make work" stimulus program for lawyers?

i assumed when obama became president he was going to bring "hope" and "change" especially for the black communities. all the blacks living in housing projects and low income areas would just move to beverly hills. can it be true that obama is just another politician making promises that he won't ever keep and nothing will ever change? yes, he's just another politician looking out for his own ass. he just happens to be a president with a little darker skin then the ones before him but at his core he is still a politician.
