Bummer.

T-Mobile had the best rates in the industry. Now I guess we are stuck with AT&T's high rates and crappy service.

I am going to miss T-Mobile. They are the best, as far as I'm concerned.

Couldn't agree more. I am trying to look at the bright side, at least they were not purchased by Sprint - they are horrible ! I will miss my T-Mobile !

Not quite. Standard Oil stood for quality refined fuels, hence the word "Standard". AT&T was a technology leader and stood for nearly indestructable telephones and flawless call quality.

What does the new AT&T stand for now? Dropped calls? iPhones that don't get reception? The "I'm sorry, all circuits are busy now. Please try again later." message? What a bunch of crap.

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

I love T Mobile and have NEVER had problems and love the pricing and perks.

Even though I get crappy reception in my house I still keep them. They focus on the customer! Something Verizon forgot about eons ago and ATT never knew existed....

not a fan of AT&T but if it means I'll get more than a G connection here in Washington CH, then fine I'm all for it. I was almost ready to switch just because of that but then read this. I mean really Tmobile...you have a tower here in town but it needs fixed and has for years but you won't fix it?? Oh well, guess it means I'll have AT&T now.

You are on the money. I left "V" due to their high rates.(It started out ok, then they nickled and dimed you to death.) I hope they won't screw (At & T) it up to bad.

I'm very happy with T-Mobile and their rates. I'm pretty apprehensive about ATT.

Seems there might be some antitrust issues here. If not, then I guess Verizon will buy Sprint and we will be down to two biggies. One of them can then buy out the other and we will be off to the races............er, with even higher rates.
Bye Bye T-Mobile

Hate AT&T loved T-Mobile, sorry to hear. Thank goodness my contract ends at the end of the year. Needless to say my wireless service will be transfer to someone that is not AT&T

If I had not seen this article with my own eyes I would have said their lying. I've enjoyed my service with Tmobile. I have no plans to switch to AT&T. Verizon seems to be the only almost reliable source left, Sprint sucks.
