I found it up near Grayling a couple weeks ago. I used to drink it in Chicago in the 90's and was OK. This Schlitz was great. Nice and crisp with great taste. Bring it to GR area.

I was at the Alpine TGIFridays a couple months back. They were serving Schlitz. That was my dad's beer of choice when I was a child. I am glad they brought it back.

There once was a lady named Ann Heiser
Who said no man could surprise her
Til Pabst took a chance
Found a Schlitz in her pants
And now she is sadder Budweiser.

It was very rich and creamy not a popular profile when everybody is buying thin watery icey cold brewskis. I'm surprised Pabst is making it but u know I vaguely remember it having a slightly sweet (PBR) background taste. We shall see, I am sure the speciality stores will have it.

Drank a lot of Schlitz Malt Liquor in high school. That and Mickey Big Mouth. We went for alcohol percentage, not quality...grin...

great news....

I hope it is an American Company producing it....

This last week I hade a BPR @ Tres Lobos...that brought back some memories...the only schlitz drinker I ever knew was my room mate from school, Frank from New Jersey..

"domestic beers" should have allot of headway in the market...with bud being sold and can't be called a true american beer anymore...many feel betrayed...and are looking for a good tasting beer born, brewed and owned by American's.

Pabst, who is peddling Schlitz, outsources their brewing to Miller which is now owned by SAB from south africa.

Daily Horoscope for December 24

Taurus

Keep calm! Your emotions are becoming increasingly heightened and intense today. As a result, you're likely to take things much more seriously than usual. That's wonderful if you're involved in a hot and heavy encounter with Mr or Ms Right, but it won't be such good news if you go overboard about silly trifles. If you're doing some last-minute shopping you'll want to be as extravagant as your budget allows. Or is it a case of Budget...? What budget?
