As 15-year-old Dani Countryman struggled beneath Gilberto Arellano Gamboa, pinned to the floor with her pants down, he called on his cousin to help subdue the girl. Alejandro Rivera Gamboa responded by stepping on Countrymanís throat until she stopped moving.

Thatís how investigators described Countrymanís death in a court document released Tuesday. Evidence outlined in the document included statements by the defendants and a bloody shoe that matched an imprint on Countrymanís chest.

Gilberto Javier ďGabeĒ Arellano Gamboa, 23, who is also known as Rivera Gamboa, and Alejandro Emeterio ďAlexĒ Rivera Gamboa, 24, were arraigned Tuesday in Clackamas County Circuit Court on charges of aggravated murder. Through a Spanish-speaking interpreter, they acknowledged the charges against them and asked for warmer jail clothes.

Tragic story, tragic reality. foolishness, on both their parts. a gun is always loaded, and a gun is a tool not a toy. I tell my kids that tools are meant for work and not for play, no matter if its a gun, a hammer, or an item that is meant for something other than games or for playing with. For the parents of both,,,,,so sorry. At 21 years of age, most of us are still kids in spirit, and he will regret the sound of that one gunshot and seeing another human being stop "being".

that's really low. what if it were to happen your girlfriend, sister, wife or your mom? You could have picked a non sexual assault case.

If you knew the game jacka$$ you'd know that the other person just hands you the gun...
You don't get to see whether they loaded it or not ... hence TRUST being the name of the game. tell me you've never been drunk and did something stupid. You obviously are too pu$$y to be in the military so you wouldn't understand what it's like to have weapons around when you're drunk.
