Less than a month ago, I visit the salon. With no appointment, I was in the chair in less 30 minutes. It took them four hours to my micro's. I said them because I had four different stylist working on my head. They did a great job. Come on only four hours, who could be mad at that.

I was in Omaha for work from another state. I need my hair to be done. Found KoKo on the internet. Called for appointment. The person on the other end was extreemly rude, unproffesional and eventually hang up on me all because I was trying to book an appointment for Sunday as on the website it says they are open Monday - Sunday. Very disappointed.

DO NOT GO TO KOKO’S BRAIDING!! I got some senegalese twist done and I only had them for a week. I notice in the middle of my head they are bigger than the other twist and they are starting to come loose. I paid too much money for this to be happening. They charge me an extra $50.00 because of the length of my hair and they didn’t do a good job! I will never go back to them and I wish I can get all of my money back!

Koko's is the best! I love going there, they have the best hair dryers! One time after getting my hair did I was so excited to go out twerking I forgot that I had brought my baby with me. It wasn't till the next day I realized where I had left my baby. When I returned my baby was safe and warm under one of the awesome hair dryers. Koko's is the best and if nothing else you have to go to try out their hair dryers.

I did my homework, read the reviews and took a chance on koko and was disappointed. I made an appointment early in the week for Friday. When I arrived she told me she was short staffed and to come back later in the day. When I made the appointment it was with the intention to have it done at appointed time. I took time off from work to make the appointment because of the time it takes to do nubian twists. I should have received some kind of notice if she was short staffed before I drove all the way to her salon from Bellevue. Needless to say, I will not be back, very unprofessional.

The shop wasn't clean. Nobody spoke to me when I walked in. I sat for over two hours waiting. Finally someone came over and asked me what wanted. I just wanted medium sized French braids going to the back. And it seems like the more questions I asked the price kept going up. I will never pay 170 dollars just for medium sized braids going to the back that look like shit this is why the ask for money up front because if I still had the money when she got finished she wouldn't have gotten a dam dime. I mean this shit was pure ugly and on top of that the shit only lasted a couple of days I wanted to do something to them people.........

I went to kolos on my birthday and will never go back!!! They were extremely rude once they seen my hair was short(but long enough to braid because I had just had box braids) they were talking in there language and laughing and they all had there hands on my head like I was a freak show. I left out crying . Not because they hurt my feelings, but because I was about to beat one of those bitches the fuck up!!!! My wife just took me somewhere else. Little did they know I am a BREAST CANCER SURVIVOR and my hair is just starting to grow back in and it's a little messed up. But you BITCHES WIPL NEVER TAKE MY HAPPINESS!! God blessed me to see another day.!!!!
