For example the Crestwood Fire Dept. saved several peoples live the other day in a house fire. You can't judge the entire town based on the actions of a couple of individuals.

He's only judging the Crestwood Police department. What is their position on the bad apples in their department? Have they investigated their actions or do they condone them? Something smells funny in Crestwood lately.
